I use Ätheria as a full bath when I get a cold. I also use the product as an additive (1 capful) with boiling water as a steam bath under a towel like in grandma's time. Perfect. Clears the nose and airways and is good for you. Lie down after the steam bath so that your body can regenerate.

The dosage of the essential oils has a higher effect on me than other (cold) bath additives due to the intense smell and the associated very good effect on the respiratory tract. I don't understand why it has been called a health bath for a long time, as it has been the best cold bath for me for many years.
