I use Etheria as a full bath when I feel a cold coming on.I also use it as an additive (one capful) with boiling water for a steam bath under a towel, just like Grandma used to do.Perfect.It clears my nose and airways and feels great.After the steam bath, I lie down so my body can regenerate.

The dosage of essential oils, due to its intense aroma and the associated excellent effect on the respiratory system, is higher for me than in other (cold) bath additives.I don't understand why it's been called a "health bath" for so long, as it has been the best cold bath for me for many years.
