I like to use the cloths on my children, if they have fallen there are proven to be almost no bumps or bruises after use. It is best to store it in the refrigerator

Great product. Quickly helps with bruises and hematomas. Especially with small children who have fallen (big bumps) you can see the swelling go down. Cools.
