The dietary supplement Aquilea Sleep Compact can be used to support sleep, for example in the case of chronic or stress-related problems falling asleep or staying asleep. Its active Ingredients, active substances such as melatonin and selected plants promote restful sleep, make it easier to fall asleep and improve sleep throughout the night.

• The compact two-layer tablet releases its active ingredients exactly when they are needed most:
• The first layer is released quickly and contains melatonin, an endogenous substance that plays an important role in falling asleep. Melatonin helps with 1 mg to shorten the sleep time at. This layer shortens the sleep phase.

The ERSTE SCHICHT is quickly released:
1 mg of melatonin contributes to shortening the time it takes to fall asleep and at least 0.5 mg to alleviating the subjective jet-lag sensation.

The ZWEITE SCHICHT contains plant extracts.
Valerian, passion flower and California poppy are released throughout the night to help relax and promote restful sleep. I like the idea of different ingredients that work gradually. It's ok to take, even if the tablets are a bit big. I think they helped me and I can sleep better with them. In terms of price, you have to decide for yourself whether it's worth it.

The Aquilea Compact Sleep tablets have shortened the time I go to sleep significantly. I have always had problems falling asleep and it sometimes lasts up to 2/3 hours. I currently fall asleep very well and quickly and am well rested and fit in the morning. I hope it stays that way or even gets better.

I've been suffering from problems falling asleep and staying asleep for a long time. My job as a nurse doesn't make this any easier for me. However, the Sleep Compact tablets do! We recommend.
