ASHWAGANDHA:
Supports relaxation and the maintenance of mental balance and emotional stability.

Melatonin:
Contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep.The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Vitamin B6:
