Instructions for use for APFELPEKTIN Flakes, 200 g

Apple pectin flakes

Fruity in taste - easily soluble. Apple pectin flakes are dietary fiber and contain valuable secondary plant substances. Dietary fiber is important for a good digestion. They consist of plant fibers such as cellulose, as well as pectin, are very low in calories and promote the transport of substances through the Colon. They swell up in the stomach and can thus help to support a diet.

Net filling quantity:
200 g

Ingredients:
apple fibers, apple pectin.

Consumption recommendation:
Stir 5 heaped teaspoons (10 g) into 100 ml water about 1 hour before each meal. The flakes can also be mixed into juices, yoghurt, quark, muesli etc.

Daily dose (30 g) contains:
Apple pectin 7.2 g(**)

I heard that apple pectin is a natural remedy for diarrhea. I must have ordered it and tried it out. My conclusion: The mash is a bit disgusting to drink and gets stuck in your teeth otherwise it tastes good...like apple!
