My family doctor recommended these globules for my allergies. But the beads depend on the type (apparently I'm the honey bee type). For example, I react with itching and swelling, especially in the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat, especially to fresh fruit or pollen (then with difficulty breathing). I took them during pregnancy when I wasn't allowed to take conventional allergy medications. They helped wonderfully. However, I only took it in case of (acute) allergies. Sucked the first beads and then put some more under my tongue. After a few minutes the “spook” was over and I felt better again. If that doesn't help, you should always have your allergy emergency pack on hand.
