Dietary supplement with melatonin, 5-HTP, folic acid, magnesium, vitamin B6, glycine, GABA & taurine

• Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*.
• Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental function.
• Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, the regulation of hormone activity and normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
• Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation and normal functioning of the immune system.

Application
Adults take 3 tablets with liquid once a day in the evening (approx. 30 minutes before going to bed). The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement is not intended as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of the reach of small children. Please keep cool and dry.

Ingredients
Tri-magnesium dicitrate, taurine, glycine, vegetable fat (rapeseed), bulking agent: microcrystalline Cellulose, African black bean extract (Griffonia simplicifolia); Separating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; gamma-aminobutyric acid; rice fiber; pyridoxal-5-phosphate; melatonin; (65)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid.

Important NOTE
aminoplus^® sleep complex is not suitable for people taking antidepressants. Not for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and young people. After consuming the product, the ability to drive may be impaired. Since there is no data on the simultaneous use of drugs for sleep disorders with melatonin and the other ingredients, a combined use should only take place after consultation with the doctor.
