Acerola BIO powder

AMAZONAS Acerola BIO powder is a 100% natural vitamin C fruit powder without synthetic additives.
AMAZONAS Acerola BIO powder is made from whole cherries, which contain numerous minerals and secondary plant substances in addition to vitamin C. These natural "carriers" are responsible for ensuring that the vitamin C is also absorbed by the body.
Acerola BIO powder is mainly obtained in Brazil from unripe acerola cherries, as these have a higher vitamin C content: approx. 10 - 15 kg of cherries make 1 kg of powder, with a natural vitamin C content of 17%. The color is yellowish-brownish.
Natural vitamin C contributes to the functioning of our immune system, protects our cells from oxidative stress and contributes to collagen formation.
Since the human organism cannot produce vitamin C itself, we must ensure that we have an adequate supply of vitamins.
Due to external influences such as stress, UV radiation, smoking, physical strain, medication, but also preservatives, pesticides, etc., the need for vitamin C (antioxidant) increases rapidly.
This additional requirement can be covered, for example, by high-quality food supplements.

I often put the powder in my muesli in the morning, which is very practical for me.

I like the product because of the natural vitamin C content. Of course it is sour and tends to clump, I dissolve the sourness with honey and the clumps with warm water (or whatever you use it in). I mix it into the muesli. A natural product without additives. Fine!!

Taste is good, slightly sour, but dissolves poorly in liquid, better when stirred into yogurt
