Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems and the homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Suitable for supplementing vegetarian and vegan diets. Ingredients: Potato starch, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Recommended dosage: Consume 1 capsule daily with a glass of water. 1 capsule contains 100 μg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin*.
