I have been taking these capsules for several months now and have noticed an improvement. Of course, you shouldn't expect your skin to magically suddenly completely change. Then you would have to go to a dermatologist and get isotretinoin or something else. But overall I'm satisfied. My skin has fewer blemishes and if they do, they are smaller and less painful.
