Field of use

• Vegetable drugs in vein diseases.
• The preparation is a vegetable medicine for the treatment of complaints in chronic venous insufficiency, which is characterized by swollen legs, varicose veins, severe and tension, itching, tiredness and pain in the legs and calf cramps.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken
  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) against horse chestnut-dried extract or one of the other components of the drug.

dosage

• Always take the medicine exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• Adults take 1 excess tablet in the morning and in the evening and in more severe cases in the morning and evening two excessive tablets.
• The application for children and adolescents under the age of 18 is not provided for due to the area of application.

 

• Duration of the application
  • The application of the drug over at least 4 weeks may be required. A doctor should be consulted for longer than 4 weeks. Long -term treatment is possible in consultation with the doctor, since the drug is suitable for long -term treatment and treatment success may only occur.

  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

 

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should
  • If you overdose, please contact your doctor immediately.

• If you cancel the intake
  • Ending the treatment is possible at any time without any adverse effects.

Taking

• The excessive tablets should be taken un -cautious and with some liquid. In the case of stomach or intestinal complaints, it is recommended to take meals.

Patient information

• Particular caution is required when taking it
  • in the case of reddening of the skin or hardening in the area of the subcutaneous and veins with or without signs of inflammation. This can be a sign of superficial vein inflammation (thrombophlebitis),
  • if you suffer from severe pain in the area of the legs or you have wounds on lower legs or feet (ulcus cruris) or Sich these develop these
  • if you find sudden swelling on one or both legs,
  • if heart problems such as shortness of breath or breast pain or kidney pain occur suddenly. In this case, a doctor should be consulted before using the drug.
• Taking the drug does not replace other preventive treatment measures such as cold water castings or wearing medically prescribed support stockings.

 

• Wateriness and operating machines:
  • No studies were carried out on the effects on traffic and the ability to use machines.

Pregnancy

• There is no sufficient data for this medicine for the use of horse chestnut-seed dry extract in pregnant and breastfeeding.
• It should therefore not be taken by pregnant women and breastfeeding.
