Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal blood calcium levels, normal muscle function, and normal immune system function.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage, contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, and protects cells from oxidative stress.
