I've been using ActiveIron for over a week and, along with another preparation, it's the only one that doesn't make me nauseous. Unfortunately, all drugstore items and even cheap pharmacy products have an impact on my stomach. However, the dosage of ActiveIron is too low for me to really treat iron deficiency. Hence a star deduction.
