With weakened defense, lip herpes is noticeable by painful blisters on the lips. On the one hand, the drug relieves the typically occurring symptoms such as feelings of tension, itching and burning on the lips. On the other hand, the preparation for the treatment of Herpes Labialis inhibits the further spread of the virus. For this purpose, the drug is to be applied 5 times a day at a distance of 4 hours during the day.

By using Aciclostad against lip herpes 50mg per 1G (pack size: 2 g) , the symptoms of lip herpes such as tension, itching and burning in the lip area are relieved and the healing is effectively supported. Taking

- The cream should be applied using a cotton swab
- When applying, care should be taken to ensure that not only the already visible signs of the herpes (blisters, swelling, redness) are covered with the cream, but also that adjacent areas are also included in the treatment.
- If the cream is applied by hand, it should be cleaned intensively beforehand and afterwards to prevent additional infection of the damaged skin area, e.g. by bacteria, or transfer of the virus to healthy mucosa and skin areas.
- The cream must not be applied to mucous membranes (e.g. in the oral cavity, on the eye or in the vagina), otherwise local irritation symptoms can be expected.

Patient information

- The duration of treatment is generally 5 days. In individual cases, treatment should take place until the blisters are crusted or healed. A treatment period of 10 days should not be exceeded.

Pregnancy

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should only use medication after consultation with your doctor or pharmacist!
