Abtei Baldrian Forte calming drages (pack size: 30 pc) is a vegetable medicine with slight nervous tension and sleep disorders.

Dosage instructions from Abtei Baldrian Forte sedative (package size: 30 pc):
For adults, children over 12 years and seniors for application

light nervous tension up to 3 times a day 1 excess tablet (corresponding to approx. 2 g valerian root).

Sleep disorders ½ to 1 hour before going to bed 1 excessive tablet (corresponding to 2 g valerian root). If necessary, 1 excessive tablet (corresponding to approx. 2 g valerian root) can be taken earlier in the course of the evening.
